The 2023 Shizuoka World Theatre Festival will present the play *Einstein’s Dream* by Chinese director Meng Jinghui, which has been performed to great acclaim at numerous renowned theater festivals in China and abroad and is considered one of Meng’s classic productions. The play reflects the famous physicist Einstein’s profound reflections on questions such as time, space, and the meaning of life during the final moments of his life, taking the audience into a fantastical world filled with philosophical questions.
